Partnerships
United People Guide considers collaborations that fit its interest in shared places, gatherings, customs and community cooperation. Proposals should be clear about their purpose and leave readers able to distinguish partner material from editorial work.
Possible collaborations
We consider relevant commissioned contributions, educational projects, event or resource features and clearly identified partner placements across the site. The subject should suit the publication and offer readers more than a sales message.
How placements are labelled
Partner-supported or promotional material is labelled in plain language wherever readers encounter it. A placement may be identified as partner material or sponsorship; editorial articles remain separate, and partners cannot buy a favourable editorial conclusion.
Making a proposal
Use the Contact page and select the partnership option. Describe the organisation or project, the proposed format, its relevance to readers and any commercial relationship involved. A proposal is not a promise of acceptance or publication.
Community begins with attention
A shared place grows through ordinary acts: making room, lending a hand and noticing who is missing from the table.
